I don't see the venue I'm looking for?
Our database has just about 1,800 venues nationwide and is constantly growing. We search high and low to make sure great venues are included. Sorry, but the number of folding chairs in the back of Prince Albert and Beyond might not cut it. If there is a venue that you think we should include, let us know. Send us an email with the venue name and address to talk@propaganda3.com and we'll do the rest.
I hate wasting money on a good band at a sports arena. Does Venue Maps adjust for each event?
Yes. Once you have found a venue, you can select the seating arrangement based on the type of event you will be attending. There are symbols indicating sporting, music, theatrical, or mixed event layouts.
There are a couple of venues I love, but I don't want to search them every time. What should I do?
Use the Favorites feature. When you are looking at a venue, just tap the star. It's now in your Favorites, which you can access anytime you first enter the Venue Maps App. There is no limit to the number of Favorites you can save, but if you have over 50, are they really favorites?
I used the Google Maps option. Now I want to look at another venue. How do I go back?
Once you have crossed to the Google Map area, you need to close it and re-open Venue Maps from the main menu.
This just doesn't seem to be working. What should I do?
Have you charged the phone in the last seven days? Have you actually downloaded the app? If you're relatively certain you know how to work your device and wishing a dark room, a blunt object and one of our developers was handy, we suggest you send an email to us with your challenge. We'll start working on it at talk@propaganda3.com.
